Flexible Working

UK employers are legally required to offer Flexible Working in some circumstances.  This is a complex area of employment law.

Flexible working can include Job sharing, Remote working, Hybrid working, Part time, Compressed hours, Flexitime, Annualised hours, Staggered hours, Predictable hours or set shift patterns, Phased retirement or anything else that makes the hours of work more flexible for the employee.
